Brett has worked in executive management positions in government, not-for-profit and the corporate sector, and has worked alongside Mia for many years in the Disability Sector. He understands what skills and personalities contribute to achieving great results, and he knows the White Cloud team has what it takes. Brett’s passion for workforce development and encouraging people to be the best they can, comes from his professional background in organisational development. With advanced qualifications in management and extensive business experience, Brett is a former Chair of the New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation and Deputy Chair of the New Zealand Disability Support Network, and now serves as co-founder and Director of White Cloud. Brett also offers mentoring to individuals in Executive and Governance roles in the disability and cooperate sectors.
